My Daily Gym
Walking daily is one of the best habits I’ve established to live a healthy life.
After some time, I realized that being in a gym isn't for me. While I acknowledge the benefits of weightlifting, my preferred solution is being outside. I highly recommend daily walking.
Although many sources claim running is superior, I found that half an hour of daily walking brings focus and clears my mind. This is especially valuable in winter, when most time is spent indoors, and it's cold outside.
Morning walks are fantastic—alone, with a friend, or with your dog. They support both health and work. I walk every day at different paces; this helps me fully disconnect from work.
During my walks, I'm often in the flow: either thinking deeply or dictating important thoughts into voice memos. I also enjoy brief chats with fellow morning walkers.
Walking daily is one of the best habits I’ve established. It cleared my mind, and improved my mood. A 30-minute walk can help you achieve a more balanced life, wherever you live.
